Base Salary
$177k - $388k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend orchestration layers between AI components, including agent workflows and runtime operations.
- Build scalable LLM-powered systems, RAG pipelines, tool-use workflows, and multi-step reasoning agents.
- Develop coded AI agents using LangChain, Dify, the OpenAI SDK, or internal orchestration systems.
- Integrate LLM, RAG, text-to-speech, and automatic speech recognition components.
- Write and optimize prompts, conduct integration testing, and validate agent functionality.
- Collaborate with research and product engineering teams to deliver agent-based solutions across healthcare, education, banking, insurance, and other verticals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field plus 10+ years of industry experience, or a master’s degree plus 8+ years, or a PhD plus 5 years.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and multimodality involving speech and vision.
- Development experience with Python, C++, or Java and AI frameworks or libraries such as PyTorch.
- Experience designing and implementing multiple-agent architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Strong problem-solving, creative and critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
