Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven transformation programs and shape strategic AI roadmaps, technology strategies, and data strategies.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee workstreams from AI use-case design and prioritization through large-scale implementation.
- Engage with CxO and senior client stakeholders through strategic discussions, workshops, and steering committees.
- Lead the development of GenAI and software engineering offerings for emerging client needs.
- Coach and empower BCG and client teams while fostering collaboration between business and technology functions.
- Drive business development through client relationship management, proposal leadership, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering leadership, or AI-driven transformation.
- Proven leadership designing, managing, and delivering complex AI and software transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise across areas such as GenAI and AI use-case delivery, software modernization, data and analytics, digital platforms, and engineering excellence.
- Strategic and analytical ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to connect technology decisions to business value and support client performance and innovation.
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented approach with experience contributing to go-to-market activities, client relationships, or practice growth.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, confidentiality, and respect in client and team interactions.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, another STEM field, or Business with a strong understanding of technology.
