Base Salary
$105k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the governance framework for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications.
- Own the project lifecycle for new integrations, designing and deploying system integrations.
- Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on data models and flows.
- Administer the Tray.io iPaaS platform and lead automation delivery.
- Translate requirements from various teams into strategic solutions.
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and lead change management.
- Collaborate with Support Specialists for application support and issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application administration experience in mid-to-large scale environments.
- Deep knowledge of connecting platforms with Salesforce using integration methods.
- Strong background in change management and data governance frameworks.
- Practical experience with integration middleware like Workato or Tray.io.
- Skilled in managing complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- Familiarity with managing SaaS tools such as Gong, Outreach, and Marketo.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to convey technical details to non-technical partners.
