Responsibilities
- Maintain and support integrated IoT devices and systems.
- Develop and deliver new features aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Integrate and onboard new IoT devices into the platform.
- Collaborate with web, mobile, firmware, product, and design teams.
- Ensure software quality, system reliability, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in design discussions, implementation reviews, and continuous improvement of system architecture.
Requirements
- Require 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or firmware engineer.
- Require familiarity with Go for backend or system development.
- Require experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Require experience working with relational databases.
- Require strong Linux or Unix system administration skills.
- Require knowledge of IoT and Edge of Things concepts and systems.
- Require understanding of user-experience considerations in system design.
- Require understanding of software development and testing practices.
- Prefer experience with Node.js.
- Prefer familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Prefer understanding of security concepts including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Prefer experience with backend or IoT-related frameworks.
