Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own substantial user-impacting projects from design through build and rollout.
- Participate in code reviews and system design reviews.
- Improve internal processes and developer tools.
- Understand users and contribute to product discovery and prioritization with leadership, product management, and design teams.
- Help grow the team through hiring and mentoring activities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building complex applications with a modern language such as Python or TypeScript.
- A track record of shaping and shipping valuable features.
- A track record of driving high-leverage infrastructure and process improvements.
- Sound judgment about taking on technical debt and risk where appropriate.
- Comfort using modern AI tools to accelerate development.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Previous startup experience, DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience, and experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, or Replit are nice to have.
