Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation workflows from contract execution through customer go-live.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for CLOB FIX integrations and REST/WebSocket API workflows.
- Guide institutional clients through configuration and implementation of funding, payout, crypto deposit and withdrawal, RFQ, and staking products.
- Lead sandbox onboarding, connection configuration, order-flow validation, edge-case testing, and production deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve API errors, payload misconfigurations, connectivity issues, protocol discrepancies, and order-flow problems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering on client requirements and go-live feature needs.
- Improve implementation playbooks, integration documentation, and automated testing tools.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Integration Engineering, Technical Implementation, Technical Onboarding, Solutions Architecture, or a similar technical client-facing role.
- Deep hands-on experience with FIX Protocol in institutional trading, exchange, or market infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of REST, WebSockets, JSON/HTTP, and distributed architecture patterns.
- Hands-on SQL experience and proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java for debugging, log parsing, and test scripting.
- Proven experience managing technical implementations from kickoff through production launch under tight timelines.
- Ability to lead technical working sessions with client developers, system architects, and technical project managers.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across real-time order flows, ledger adjustments, and complex multi-product environments.
- Preferred experience with OMS, EMS, CLOBs, matching engine connectivity, digital asset custody, crypto rails, staking protocols, fiat payout gateways, institutional trading, or AI-assisted implementation tools.
