Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Translate business and project requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Document and maintain software components for long-term usability and support.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance while continuously improving reliability.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Core HCM is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems.
- Problem-solving and software performance optimization skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
