Responsibilities

  • Establish and run the Intelligent Optimization Framework as an always-on operating rhythm based on kaizen and structured facilitation.
  • Redesign and rerun workflows through measurement-driven improvement cycles focused on business outcomes.
  • Embed new ways of working through standard work, clear ownership, and disciplined execution cadences.
  • Analyze the Copilot Dashboard, Work IQ signals, usage data, and other measurements to identify adoption and performance gaps and prioritize improvements.
  • Refine prompt libraries, enablement materials, and agent configurations, and detect, correct, retire, or rework underperforming agents.
  • Establish review cadences, facilitate improvement events and retrospectives, and document reusable improvement patterns and playbooks.
  • Transfer optimization disciplines, tooling, and cadences to customer teams so they can sustain the practice independently.
  • Recommend and drive discontinuation of workflows, agents, and enablement assets that do not deliver sufficient value.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in one of these fields and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
  • Preferred experience improving AI or automation solutions in production, including model, prompt, or agent performance management.
  • Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Copilot adoption, the Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights, agent operations, drift detection, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
  • Preferred experience linking improvement initiatives to value and P&L outcomes and transferring continuous improvement capabilities to customers.
  • Preferred track record running continuous improvement or operational excellence programs with sustained measurable results.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with kaizen, Lean, facilitation, standard work, ownership models, execution cadences, and quality assurance or evaluation practices for production systems.
  • Ability to interpret operational and adoption metrics, facilitate stakeholders across business and technical teams, embed new ways of working with operators and business owners, and solve problems in ambiguous environments.
