Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features for medical records.
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment.
- Engage with clinical users to understand and address unmet outcomes.
- Influence engineering culture, tooling, and code review practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time experience in software development.
- Proficient in TypeScript and React, with experience in complex codebases.
- Skilled in SQL and relational databases, with the ability to design data models.
- Experience with AI-native development and prompt engineering.
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of cloud architecture.
