Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy client-specific Generative AI solutions within client system landscapes.
- Translate Generative AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements for development and implementation.
- Implement solutions involving LLMs, foundation models, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Guide and empower junior colleagues in the technical implementation of Generative AI use cases.
- Further develop BearingPoint’s Generative AI service portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and execute agile implementations for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, physics, applied or business mathematics, business engineering, or a comparable STEM field.
- Several years of experience with cloud-based AI solutions and proficient, self-directed Python programming skills.
- Strong experience with machine learning, Generative AI, and business intelligence.
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions in consulting or industry.
- Familiarity with LLMs, foundation models, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, deployment, data science methodologies, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent English skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and management stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- German language skills are a plus.
