Responsibilities
- Develop and implement troubleshooting strategies to resolve software issues impacting business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration and performance of critical business systems.
- Analyze system performance data, identify trends, and recommend reliability and efficiency improvements.
- Document solutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to optimize support processes.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contribute to decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python is required.
- Advanced proficiency in PySpark is recommended.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Preferred proficiency in UiPath Test Suite, Python automation, UiPath Robotic Process Automation, and machine learning.
