Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solution responses for complex IAM and cybersecurity services, including enterprise IAM, PAM, customer IAM, SSO, directory services, and nonhuman IAM.
- Advise client business and IT leadership on long-term IAM/PAM security solution and enterprise architecture decisions.
- Plan and coordinate RFP responses, proactive proposals, oral presentations, negotiations, and best-and-final-offer processes.
- Lead sales, presales, business-development, opportunity, and renewal activities for IAM services.
- Plan and conduct client workshops for business and technology executives, partners, and vendors.
- Drive application and solution transitions from incumbent vendors and support digital-transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with strategy, business, application, infrastructure security, and data architecture teams to advance enterprise SIEM architecture maturity.
- Collaborate with distributed EY teams, alliance partners, technology providers, vendors, and service providers to deliver client solutions.
- Develop IAM solution-architecting capabilities and ensure quality, risk management, planning, and execution across solution phases.
Requirements
- BTech or MCA from a reputed institution.
- 8–12 years of experience in solutioning and proposing IAM products.
- Extensive consulting experience in Big Four firms, major IT industry organizations, or management consulting firms.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea.
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise and customer IAM/PAM managed-services products and offerings.
- Knowledge of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid managed-services delivery models and related legal, compliance, and contractual requirements.
- Experience creating and delivering client presentations, running physical and virtual workshops, and explaining technical and nontechnical deliverables.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for productivity, documentation, and diagramming.
- Understanding of solution lifecycles, project planning, execution, risk mitigation, cost optimization, resource planning, opportunities, and renewals.
- Strong communication, presentation, technical writing, visual representation, analytical, organizational, multitasking, time-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple RFPs, collaborate across geographically distributed teams, work independently, and engage with diverse cultures and international stakeholders.
