Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers on electro-optical and infrared systems projects.
- Conduct limited-scope testing under software engineer supervision.
- Provide regular progress and status reports.
- Gather and assemble data.
- Conduct design analysis and calculations under supervision.
- Communicate and support the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Requirements
- Be ranked as a junior or senior in an accredited university program.
- Be enrolled in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Have completed a formal data structures course.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have knowledge or experience with one or more of C, C++, or C#.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Hold an active Department of Defense security clearance or be able to obtain one within a reasonable time after employment begins.
