Responsibilities
- Develop front-end screens and reusable UI components using React.js and preferably TypeScript.
- Integrate user interfaces with Spring Boot and FastAPI REST APIs and implement asynchronous data handling.
- Build dashboards and workflows for event tracking, incident approval, agent decision review, manual overrides, audit views, and configuration.
- Implement role-based UI behavior, form validation, error handling, loading states, notifications, and responsive performance.
- Visualize Kafka event lifecycle statuses and support operational control tower, observability, and audit trail interfaces.
- Work with QA on Playwright and Selenium UI test automation and maintain accessibility, UX, and branding standards.
- Act as an SME, collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to decisions, mentor junior team members, and lead best-practice improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in React.js is required.
- Proficiency in React.js and strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management are required.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, authentication flows such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO, and asynchronous data handling is expected or preferred.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API is preferred.
- Experience building dashboard-style enterprise applications and optimizing responsive application performance is required.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar UI test automation tools is preferred.
- Exposure to Guidewire, insurance operations, incident management, ServiceNow, Kafka event visualization, observability dashboards, or audit trail UIs is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
