Responsibilities
- Complete project-based assignments aligned with the Bank’s mission and assigned department.
- Contribute to department work in a collaborative environment.
- Interpret data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, support decision-making, and measure impact.
- Present information and respond to questions from small to medium groups.
- Participate in professional development activities and build relationships with subject matter experts, Bank leadership, and fellow interns.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Be a current, matriculated student in an accredited program graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Have a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Be able to work 40 hours per week throughout the 10–12-week internship.
- Have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
- Paid full-time internship with an anticipated hourly compensation range of $20 to $33.
- Onsite work for 10–12 consecutive weeks, beginning June 7 or June 14, 2027.
