Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions, analytics, and agentic AI capabilities.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions aligned with strategic outcomes.
- Drive technology thought leadership, governance frameworks, engineering standards, and design guidelines.
- Establish KPI-, SLA-, and OKR-based productivity and operational measurement frameworks.
- Ensure enterprise systems are highly available, scalable, secure, performant, and resilient.
- Lead globally distributed teams and align stakeholders across architecture, security, QA, and operations.
- Drive ServiceNow platform engineering and automation using CMDB, ATF, Flow Designer, integrations, and Integration Hub.
- Ensure adherence to quality, security, compliance, and information management requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of broad IT experience in enterprise platforms and ecosystems.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Proven experience delivering highly available, scalable, and resilient systems.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, VR, and SecOps modules.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer certifications.
- Strong experience with CMDB, ATF, Basic PA and Reporting, Flow Designer automation, integration automation, and Integration Hub.
- Expertise in data integration, governance, and information management.
- Ability to provide strategic technical guidance, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and lead globally distributed teams.
