Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows.
- Develop complex, responsive, user-facing interfaces with modern frontend technologies.
- Build and maintain backend logic and API integrations supporting product experiences.
- Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation, adoption, and conversion.
- Use product analytics and experimentation results to measure impact and guide iterations.
- Own projects end to end, including technical design, implementation, release, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, and other engineers.
- Contribute to technical decisions and improve product quality, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience as a full-stack or software engineer with hands-on frontend and backend contributions.
- Deep frontend expertise building complex UI components, reactive interfaces, and modern web applications.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and developing backend services for user-facing functionality.
- Product mindset with interest in user behavior, friction points, and customer journey improvements.
- Familiarity with product analytics, conversion funnels, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver solutions from concept through production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Experience in a product-led SaaS company, Growth Engineering, onboarding or conversion optimization, A/B testing frameworks, product analytics, or rapid experimentation is preferred.
