Base Salary

$140k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship developer tooling, core frameworks, and reusable templates that improve engineering productivity and quality.
  • Advance the agentic development ecosystem through Claude Code configuration and governance, plugins, skills, and MCP servers.
  • Strengthen authentication services and the agent identity model using Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC.
  • Build and operate services with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Define standards, guardrails, and best practices and drive adoption across product teams.
  • Assess systems continuously, identify root causes, and improve reliability and performance.
  • Own projects and collaborate with engineers and product managers across the organization.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of hands-on full-stack software design and development experience, including at least two years of Java experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience building performant, large-scale web applications and cloud-native systems on AWS or similar cloud providers.
  • Working knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC authentication and identity standards, or strong willingness to learn them.
  • Hands-on experience applying modern AI coding tools, assistants, agents, or MCP to engineering work.
  • Experience with client- and server-side JavaScript, React, Node, and Remix is a plus.
  • Comfort writing tests, using observability tools, and owning projects end to end.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
