- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide technical development support for Salesforce projects and enhancements while following enterprise architecture, security, governance, and development standards.
- Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive Agile delivery, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide leadership during critical incident resolution.
- Perform code reviews, solution reviews, release planning, and technical estimations.
- Optimize existing applications and processes and provide coaching, training, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD deployment methodologies, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
- Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
- Preferred: experience with Copado, Gearset, GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, Salesforce integrations with ERP and SAS-based applications, and Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and predictive automation.
- Preferred: experience supporting global implementations and working in regulated medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
