Solution Architect- Revenue Cloud
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner with strategic customers to assess Industry Cloud implementations and recommend improvements to technical architecture, solution design, lifecycle management, reliability, and feature adoption.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce architectures for complex enterprise environments, including Large Data Volume considerations.
- Communicate technical recommendations to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Identify design inefficiencies and capability gaps, recommend product enhancements or custom solutions, and drive customer transformation.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, influence decisions, advocate for best practices, and tailor Success Architect playbooks.
- Design data models, integrations, governance approaches, and extensibility solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Use Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio in Salesforce solution design and implementation contexts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance, and best practices.
- Experience with large-scale, complex SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenant, and multi-tiered infrastructure implementations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, process orchestration, master data management, AI, analytics, and security best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce security configuration, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, governor limits, data management, ETL, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, OAuth, Platform Events, External Objects, Salesforce Connect, and OmniStudio.
- Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and JavaScript Developer.
- Highly desired qualifications include Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and an Accredited Professional credential in an Industry Cloud specialization.
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder leadership, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to present complex concepts to business and executive audiences.
