Responsibilities
- Lead complex, ambiguous projects from conception to completion.
- Anticipate technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Architect systems for long-term stability and reliability.
- Drive monitoring initiatives to enhance platform durability.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers to support their growth.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Serve as a product owner for engineering initiatives.
- Engage with end users to identify problems and opportunities.
Requirements
- Full stack expertise in Django, Postgres, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React Native.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through technical leadership.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects from inception to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
