Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery for secure, scalable agentic AI and automation solutions.
- Build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows that reason, use tools and APIs, manage state, recover from failures, and support human oversight.
- Lead process discovery and redesign across workflow automation, RPA, generative AI, and agentic execution.
- Integrate agents and automations with enterprise applications, data sources, APIs, messaging platforms, and approved tools.
- Deliver UiPath workflows, bots, document processing, queues, approvals, and exception handling.
- Establish evaluation, testing, observability, security, governance, quality, monitoring, and production-readiness controls.
- Build cloud-native services, APIs, connectors, templates, and accelerators using cloud AI and automation platforms.
- Provide architecture leadership, design and code reviews, mentoring, delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, and production issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred but not required.
- 10–12 years of technology experience, including 6+ years delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions and leading generative or agentic AI initiatives.
- Extensive hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI, and services such as Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience delivering end-to-end business process automation, workflow orchestration, RPA, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and GitHub Copilot, including development, integration, governance, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including APIs, databases, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, containerization, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with agent evaluation and observability, including regression testing, tracing, failure analysis, quality, safety, reliability, performance, and cost controls.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or an equivalent cloud AI platform, plus enterprise security, privacy, access control, auditability, and responsible AI.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture ownership, mentoring, stakeholder management, delivery planning, design and code reviews, and cross-team execution.
- Preferred experience includes Model Context Protocol, agent interoperability, LLM gateways, multi-model routing, caching, cost optimization, RAG, process or task mining, BPMN, document intelligence, case management, conversational automation, reusable automation components, Kubernetes, serverless services, infrastructure as code, prompt versioning, synthetic testing, red teaming, production monitoring, and regulated financial-services environments.
- Preferred certifications include cloud AI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, software engineering, or generative AI certifications.
