Base Salary
$85k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and refine vehicle control system requirements.
- Design and implement embedded control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
- Develop and execute system-level tests on HIL benches and actual vehicles.
- Support vehicle commissioning and troubleshooting at manufacturing facilities.
- Create documentation for control software design and testing.
- Review software changes and participate in design reviews.
- Support change control and requirements traceability.
- Provide technical feedback for improvement tools and procedures.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing vehicle-level control systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
- Familiarity with C/C++ programming and automotive communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with HIL systems and vehicle testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for vehicle commissioning.
