Base Salary
$125k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Python, Java, HTML, and CSS.
- Create custom Lightning Web Components aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System and connect them using Apex and SOQL.
- Support requirements gathering by presenting solution options and identifying dependencies in existing implementations.
- Conduct code reviews, provide developer feedback, and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, including design, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production implementation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across project delivery stages.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, development leaders, developers, business analysts, CMS, and Agile team members across multiple Salesforce orgs.
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of hands-on programming or custom coding experience with object-oriented and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, and/or C# or another object-oriented language.
- Experience deploying and operating in hyperscale cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
- Understanding of secure coding and scalable coding patterns.
- Experience deploying through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Copado CI/CD, and/or Jenkins.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and/or Azure DevOps for version control and source control.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and/or IntelliJ.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
- Residence in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
- Preferred experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, REST APIs, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Agile frameworks, healthcare services, or CMS.
- Strong communication, multitasking, stakeholder collaboration, and technical presentation skills.
