Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a development team delivering AWS-focused contact center implementations for multiple clients.
- Perform requirements analysis, solution design, discovery, and sprint planning with project managers, clients, and product owners.
- Make final technical decisions for projects and handle professional team conflict constructively.
- Build systems and create CloudFormation and Serverless templates to deploy AWS resources.
- Work on project issues in Jira and participate in regular internal and client meetings.
- Mentor junior team members in coding, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Study new AWS services, tools, and programming languages to address project needs.
- Contribute to best-practice documentation and improve delivery speed, quality, and performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, and VPC/network configurations.
- At least 10 years of development experience with recent focus on Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS services.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive guidance.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current with AWS services and development best practices.
- Knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
- Ability to understand client and team needs before prescribing solutions.
