Responsibilities
- Analyze existing Oracle WMS custom programs, interfaces, and integrations and modify or develop components as needed.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support RICEW components using PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Develop and support MSCA customizations, mobile transactions, Oracle APIs, concurrent programs, and external-system interfaces.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and maintain technical specifications, unit-test evidence, migration scripts, and support documentation.
- Perform debugging, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, code reviews, and SQL or PL/SQL performance tuning.
- Support deployments, version control, production incidents, enhancements, and application maintenance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, DBAs, middleware teams, and other technical teams.
- Provide rotational 24x7 support, including on-call, weekend, and release coverage as required.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Oracle EBS WMS, preferably R12.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL proficiency, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher or XML Publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Experience developing and supporting RICEW components, Oracle APIs, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Strong understanding of MSCA architecture, mobile or handheld workflows, and related customizations.
- Understanding of WMS, Inventory, Order Management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Proficiency with Git or an equivalent version-control system.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production defects and integrations.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Application Framework, web services, integration middleware, third-party logistics interfaces, Oracle performance diagnostic tools, database optimization, upgrades, patch-impact analysis, deployment automation, CI/CD practices, and additional Oracle SCM modules.
- Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
