Base Salary
$157k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software solutions.
- Create high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and ensure architectural design constraints are met.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets and develop visualizations and reporting to improve software applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events focused on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Practical experience with Python, Java, databases, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with SQL, relational database procedures and performance optimization, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience with React or Angular, Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management, Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark, PySpark, Scala, lakehouse solutions, streaming platforms, and AWS services.
