Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to accelerate development and resolve complex deployment gaps.
Containerize applications, optimize data flows, and support production-ready deployment.
Route LLM calls through infosec-approved architecture and ensure compliance with Engineering standards and infrastructure requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering to harden shared tooling and create safe deployment pathways.
Provide technical guidance on API integrations, authentication, error handling, and workflow stability.
Serve as the technical liaison between business builders and the core Engineering team.

Deep proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for maintainable scripting and extending low-code tools.
Practical experience with Docker and container deployment and management.
Understanding of SQL and experience with backend-as-a-service platforms such as Supabase or PostgreSQL.
Fluency with Git and managing code and configurations.
Technical background such as QA, Support Engineering, DevOps, or junior software development experience.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers and business teams.
Resourcefulness in troubleshooting tools, reviewing logs, reading documentation, and finding solutions.
Interest in learning evolving AI frameworks and tools.
