Base Salary

$150k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, write, and maintain production-grade Python and Go code for ETL pipelines, data models, and platform integrations.
Apply agentic AI workflows to automate data engineering, correlation, and root-cause analysis across infrastructure data.
Lead backend architecture and design decisions while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
Build integrations connecting the platform to customer data sources, APIs, and existing tooling.
Work with customers to understand data structures, workflows, and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead hands-on customer integrations and deployments, enable customer use, and support self-service extensions.
Drive pre-sales activities and proof-of-concept builds in collaboration with sales.
Document customer feedback and propose product and engineering improvements.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role, including end-to-end systems ownership.
Strong Python skills with deep experience building ETL pipelines and working with complex data structures.
Technical leadership experience through project leadership, mentoring, or setting technical direction.
Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with or strong interest in agentic AI workflows.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in customer-facing environments.
Understanding of networking concepts including data centers, WAN, and DNS/DHCP.
Ansible or Go exposure and familiarity with Jupyter notebooks are preferred.
