Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and AI-driven solutions.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into functional software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and team members to integrate software components.
- Troubleshoot development issues and improve application performance, reliability, and usability.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions, document development processes, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and experience designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions.
- Understanding of data processing and model training techniques relevant to Generative AI.
- Ability to work with programming languages and development frameworks related to AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
