Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual and automated software tests from the design and development phases.
- Review feature acceptance criteria with developers and write test plans.
- Test public and private service APIs.
- Maintain a test environment for detecting functionality issues that may affect production.
- Provide detailed reports on executed tests and identified issues.
- Propose and implement tools and practices to improve quality assurance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities while supporting internal and external clients.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate effectively.
