Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, risk profiles, and GRC program towers.
- Design and maintain test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test data sets across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD environments.
- Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases and ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
- Conduct release, upgrade, and defect-fix impact analysis and determine required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration, including automated CI/CT/CD pipeline support.
- Provide thought leadership, consultation, mentoring, and guidance to GRC program teams and collaborate with product, development, business, and process teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of total experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on GRC experience in risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
- Strong ServiceNow IRM QA and functional testing experience, including compliance management, issue management, incident management, control testing, PRC taxonomy, and advanced risk and compliance management.
- Knowledge of QA and STLC processes, Agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and at least one testing tool.
- Core competency with ServiceNow IRM and testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow testing tools, or Bugzilla.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium with Java, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, ATF test integration, large global financial institutions, documentation, communication, and defect tracking is preferred.
