Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including solution design and testing.
- Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from partners.
- Create integration support materials and documentation for new products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technical challenges.
- Recommend strategies for integration and platform evolution.
- Explore the intersection of commercial strategy and technical capabilities.
- Contribute to external documentation to enhance partnership experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
- Experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
- Understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating UX elements with backend services.
- Experience with alerting and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for improving consumer banking experiences.
- Nice to have: experience with various partner types.
