Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect - PubSec - Canada
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform authority for sophisticated enterprise customers.
- Lead workstreams, discovery sessions, requirements definition, user-story development, system architecture, and detailed functional designs.
- Identify architecture gaps, recommend future-state processes and technologies, and deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Proactively lead risk resolution, negotiate solutions with customers and partners, and keep programs on track.
- Drive program vision and strategy while contributing to consulting-practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Present complex concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite, business owners, product owners, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience on enterprise-level projects across the full software development life cycle.
- Extensive experience configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.
- Authority-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-desired-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Experience leading discovery, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process-flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, listening, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Security Clearance; candidates must be Canadian citizens, and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Eligibility for Reliability Clearance requires 5 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada; Secret Clearance requires 10 years.
- Preferred: Experience Cloud experience, relevant Salesforce certifications, consulting experience, agile delivery of high-value outcomes, customer or partner success stories, and public-sector client experience.
