Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers as the hands-on technical owner from evaluation through production deployment.
- Lead network architecture discussions and design, build, and deploy Alkira-based solutions in customer environments.
- Develop automation, integrations, and tooling using Terraform, APIs, and scripting to accelerate deployments.
- Collaborate with customer networking, cloud, and platform teams and conduct technical workshops, training, and whiteboard sessions.
- Create architecture best practices, reference architectures, and deployment guidelines.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, escalating issues to Engineering and driving resolution.
- Own customer success for key accounts, including adoption and expansion.
- Provide customer-informed feedback to Product Management and Engineering and drive customer feature requests through implementation.
Requirements
- Strong cloud and networking fundamentals, including routing technologies and network security.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or professional services.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
- Hands-on experience designing and building hybrid and public cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer-outcome orientation, and relationship-building ability.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites.
- Large-scale network design and deployment experience is a plus.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- A BA, BS, or MS degree is a plus.
