Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic workflow engine for executing multi-step workflows in production.
- Build and evolve Copilot, the natural language interface for workflows.
- Design and maintain integrations with LLM providers and external APIs.
- Architect the orchestration layer for reliable agent executions.
- Set technical standards for code quality and architecture patterns.
- Work across the stack in a Next.js monorepo, shipping to production daily.
- Debug complex problems at the intersection of LLMs and developer tooling.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineer with experience in distributed systems or developer tools.
- Deep experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Bun, comfortable in a Next.js monorepo.
- Proven track record of owning and operating production systems.
- Experience integrating with LLMs or building on foundation model APIs.
- High agency and ownership in defining and executing the roadmap.
- Strong opinions on architecture with a focus on building things right and moving fast.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
