Base Salary
$100k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design solutions for complex customer builds by mapping requirements to data models and integration patterns.
- Participate in scoping conversations with sales and implementation teams to assess feasibility and complexity.
- Define and evolve integration patterns, turning bespoke solutions into reusable playbooks.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback and advocate for platform improvements.
- Guide execution across projects, reviewing approaches and assisting with challenging problems.
- Investigate customer environments to diagnose issues and validate design assumptions.
- Document successful patterns and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions architecture or similar roles focused on customer-facing solutions.
- Proven ability to design integrations across multiple systems, particularly in fintech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of systems and APIs, with the ability to reason about data models.
- Track record of influencing product and engineering priorities based on customer feedback.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience in diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment with evolving priorities and high expectations.
