Responsibilities
- Develop visual servoing and interaction control loops for high-precision tasks.
- Implement sensor fusion and time-synchronization algorithms for robot control.
- Take ownership of the experimentation cycle, running trials on industrial hardware.
- Propose and build modular components for kinematics and control stacks.
- Analyze logs and telemetry to identify failure modes and influence the roadmap.
- Optimize real-time execution frameworks for learned manipulation models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in C++.
- Proven experience with physical robotics hardware and vision systems.
- Deep knowledge of numerical optimal control and sensor-based robot control.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Business fluency in English.
