Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities.
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices across backend, frontend, and data layers.
- Build scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs with authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, and pagination.
- Develop data-centric React user interfaces including dashboards, tables, workflows, and audit trails.
- Architect, deploy, and monitor AWS infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive observability and CI/CD practices, including containerized deployments.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and data teams.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Deep expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and distributed, event-driven systems with queues and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and monitoring AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, React, modern frontend practices, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization and indexing, plus working knowledge of MongoDB.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts including idempotency, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Proven track record as a technical leader or senior individual contributor, with strong ownership and mentoring ability.
- Preferred exposure to agentic AI or LLM-based workflows, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Airflow, microservices, domain-driven design, and high-scale data-intensive environments.
