Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments across offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
- Develop features for customer workflows and port cloud-product features to on-premises environments.
- Set up, maintain, and debug cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.
- Learn the fundamentals of hardware design and development.
- Travel primarily within California to support customers.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps; internships and teaching assistantships do not count.
- Familiarity with agent development and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong systems design and debugging skills.
- Comfort with Docker, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Willingness to travel, primarily in California.
- Prior on-premises deployment experience in enterprise or air-gapped environments is preferred.
- Prior field engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience is preferred.
- Experience with EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software environments is preferred.
