Base Salary
$108k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, conceptualize, configure, and build complex technology-based business solutions.
- Research customer needs, gather requirements, define business needs, and lead solution development projects.
- Manage the implementation process and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout development.
- Perform advanced analysis and write code using SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Snowflake.
- Conduct code reviews and pull requests while identifying efficient, effective, and scalable product solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise, technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to colleagues and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Power BI, DAX, OLAP databases, and relational databases.
- Completion of a technical training program such as LaunchCode or FDM may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
