Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain document generation, capture, archiving, signing, and broader document management solutions.
- Build and optimize API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications using Java and AWS.
- Coordinate IT service security hardening and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional IT teams on product roadmaps, operational topics, issue resolution, and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including system analysis, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
- Support team members and share technical knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Expertise with AWS services, including S3 and OpenSearch, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with Git and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance.
- Hands-on document management solution experience is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
