$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable AI/ML solutions using Snowflake’s native stack and partner ecosystem.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex system dependencies and failures in distributed AI/ML pipelines.
- Analyze potential failure modes such as model drift and data skew before production.
- Architect data security, governance, and access controls for sensitive AI/ML training data.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align technical roadmaps with customer ROI.
- Mentor Level 3 architects on MLOps and architectural design best practices.
- Present complex AI/ML concepts and business value to technical, business, and executive audiences.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and typically at least 8 years of related experience are required.
- Seasoned professional expertise in resolving a wide range of complex issues creatively.
- Thorough understanding of the data science lifecycle, including feature engineering, model development, model deployment, and model management.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to explain AI/ML concepts and ROI to technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience with generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, Databricks, Apache Spark, and ETL tools.
- Preferred experience in data science, enterprise software, or a relevant industry vertical such as financial services, retail, or manufacturing.
