Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software components for performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them through technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom software solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
