Senior Solution Architect (Consumer Goods Cloud/Trade Promotion Management)

- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Lead workstreams, discovery sessions, requirements definition, solution architecture, system design, and program vision.
- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies and agentic delivery approaches.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and complex problem resolution through completion.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and artifacts to ensure maintainable and extensible solutions.
- Collaborate with customer product owners, business process owners, technical resources, third-party partners, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Present complex concepts, facilitate decision-making, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders including C-suite audiences.
- Contribute to Professional Services methodology, thought leadership, standard practices, and Salesforce cloud-specific communities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects across the full software development lifecycle using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- At least 3 years of Consumer Goods experience, including practical Consumer Goods Cloud experience and deep understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.
- Extensive experience configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with agentic delivery and AI toolchains such as Claude, Cursor, and Elements Cloud.
- Expertise defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions aligned to business outcomes.
- Experience leading discovery, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and creating detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flows, UML, sequence diagrams, and related techniques.
- Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, listening, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated success working on large-scale enterprise implementations with multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications or accreditations, including CG Cloud or REX Accreditation, and consulting experience.
- Proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach and leading customer or partner success stories.
