Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Define and drive scalable, resilient architectures for microservices, distributed systems, event-driven solutions, and cloud-native workloads.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work with APIs, event-driven architectures, and message brokers including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and promote clean coding practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance in development practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Use GenAI tools for code generation, documentation, and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on core Java/J2EE development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java 11+, functional programming, streams, and concurrency.
- Expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design abilities.
- Exposure to GenAI concepts, LLM integrations, and AI-driven development tools.
