Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy, solution validation, and delivery activities across one or more projects.
- Provide oversight and guidance for testing, certification, and quality activities across multiple products and solutions.
- Own testing and solution-readiness activities for assigned initiatives.
- Design and review test approaches, test artifacts, and validation activities.
- Drive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventative measures for technical, operational, and application issues.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on testing, certification, product capabilities, implementation, and solution adoption.
- Support test automation, self-service capabilities, process improvements, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Review testing and automation deliverables to promote consistency, quality standards, and best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members through knowledge sharing, training, reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, implementation, certification, client support, or customer-facing technical roles is helpful.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions and advising clients is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are preferred.
- Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, networking concepts, and modern digital platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting technology transformation, automation, self-service platforms, or process-improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements with sound judgment and independent decision-making is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and customer-centric solution delivery is preferred.
- Experience using data and operational insights to drive recommendations and improve client outcomes is preferred.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning are preferred.
- Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as generative AI tools, is required.
