Responsibilities
- Configure and customize IFS FSM systems and lead parameter configuration for the PSO system.
- Design, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize C# and .NET applications.
- Develop and customize FSM mobile applications using UI design tools, client scripting, React, React Native, or similar frameworks.
- Design database schemas and work with external and embedded databases.
- Integrate APIs, including authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
- Support application enhancements, production systems, deployments, and release-related issue resolution.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Apply DevOps practices and support bi-weekly production deployments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring IFS FSM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with IFS FSM configuration, customization, UI design, and mobile application development.
- Experience with modern C#, .NET, React, React Native, or a similar framework.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, APIs, databases, and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Git, Jira, software architecture patterns, and development processes.
- Experience owning and maintaining large software components.
- Experience providing technical leadership to more junior developers.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, API integration, authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills in a multicultural work environment.
