Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of backend services and APIs for scalability and reliability.
Optimize and unify data pipelines to support multiple modeling workflows.
Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to enhance provider experiences.
Drive architectural direction and technical excellence through documentation and code reviews.
Mentor engineers and foster strong engineering standards.
Analyze complex product and system challenges for long-term scalability.
Work with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology.

Proven track record of owning and scaling complex, user-facing platforms.
Deep expertise in backend system design, including APIs and data pipelines.
Experience optimizing large-scale, data-driven systems, preferably in ML or advertising.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for mentoring engineers and driving best practices in development.
Familiarity with cloud-native environments and distributed systems.
