Responsibilities
- Partner with Engagement Managers on pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution estimates, Statements of Work, technical roadmaps, and bid defence presentations.
- Act as the primary Technical Design Authority across Solution Architects and development teams at programme level.
- Design, prototype, debug, and implement Azure Integration Services and Azure Functions with development teams.
- Author and own Technical Design Documents and Programme Solution Designs in line with GSI standards.
- Design bespoke Power Platform solutions using custom plug-ins, JavaScript frameworks, and pro-code extensions.
- Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Define and govern Dataverse security models and large-scale data migration strategies.
- Review technical specifications, code, architectural decisions, and technical debt alongside project deliverables.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and build trusted technical relationships with clients.
- Share technical knowledge, coding standards, and best practices with project teams and the wider consultancy practice.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Pages, and pro-code development.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Experience contributing to commercial estimations, Statements of Work, and pre-sales tender responses.
- Experience working as a programme-level Technical Architect with the ability to manage technical debt and competing deliverables.
- Expertise in Dataverse architecture, data strategy, and complex data migration.
- Strong proficiency in ALM practices and DevOps automation.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 or AZ-305.
- Desirable experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, autonomous agents, GitHub Copilot, React, Angular, PCF control development, SQL Server, Oracle, and legacy data transformations.
